Led by a licensed clinical social worker, Amazing Place's free Care Navigation service compassionately answered more than 1,400 calls for resources, connections and next step advice to anyone facing challenges at any stage of the disease. Amazing Place's services range from Cognitive Stimulation Therapy and its Day Program to Care Navigation, Savvy Caregiver and Spanish language initiatives to Brain Health education programs, empowering those diagnosed, their caregiving families, and brain health advocates.
