A free, volunteer-led half-day activity program (coffee and conversation, creative expression, physical wellness, entertainment, lunch, games) for individuals with mild to moderate memory loss, hosted monthly with faith and community partners, expressly so caregivers can take time away to relax, recharge, and attend to their own health, errands, or personal business.
How to start
Complete the contact form on the program page or call 713-682-5995; the CarePartners Intake Assistant completes a registration form over the phone, and once registered the family receives a welcome email from the Care Team Coordinator. Registration is required even if your own place of worship hosts a Gathering Place.
