The Legal Hotline for Texans has existed since 1989 and offers advice and counsel on legal issues that typically affect the elderly and disabled, including advance directives, power of attorney, adult guardianship, public benefits and financial security, evictions, Medicare and Medicaid. Texas Legal Services Center's legal advice, education, and representation are provided at no cost.
