Enroll online at YourTexasBenefits.com (Log In → Manage → Medicaid & CHIP Services → Pick Your Medical plan), or call toll-free 800-964-2777 for STAR+PLUS enrollment (8 a.m.–6 p.m. Central, Monday–Friday).
